Does your order contain a pre-order?
If your order contains a pre-order, your order will be shipped out on the preorder item's ship date. Check the preorder product page for estimated ship date.
I got confirmation e-mail but no shipping email. What do I do?
If you received an Order Confirmation e-mail, your order should be shipped out in the next couple business days if there are no delays. Common Reasons for delays: order contains preorder items, fraud/fake credit cards, incomplete addresses, foreign characters in address (international addresses).
We e-mail everyone for verification if order is delayed so please check your e-mail inbox for further instructions. If you still do not receive a shipping confirmation e-mail after checking all of the above, reach out to support with your order number.
To prevent delays, make sure your address is in English at check-out.
