• What kind of shipping methods I can choose? 

1. US Standard Parcel Mail (7-10 days)
2. US Priority Mail Parcel (3 days)

  • How long does it usually take to process the order? 

Shipment date does not include processing time. Processing time generally takes 1-3 days depending on stock and during high demand periods, it could take up to 5-7 days 

  • What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet? 

If your order has not been delivered yet, make sure your order does not contain a preorder. In most cases, preorder items usually have a later ship date than in-stock items. Also make sure your address is in English. If you have not received an Order Confirmation e-mail after placing an order with our website, contact customer support through our website for assistance.

  • Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery? 

We do not offer this feature at the moment.

  • Can I have my order delivered to my work address? 

Yes you can pick any address for your order to be delivered to.

  • Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address? 

Yes, just include your PO Box information after Address section under 'Apartments, Suites, etc.' (optional).

  • Can I track the delivery of my order? 

Yes you will be e-mailed tracking order of your shipment in your Shipment Confirmation e-mail. You can click the link and track your package via your carrier. You can also opt in for order updates by SMS by going to your order page once your order is shipped. 

  • What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives? 

UPS will try again the following day if you are not available at the time of shipping date.
